| We feel so fortunate to have found Mike Simons as we began to look for a house to rent in the Charlotte area as we moved from out of state. He listened carefully to our specifications and needs to get the search started. We did find a home to rent and appreciated Mike's help, expecting to contact him in a year or so when we were ready to look for a home to purchase. How surprised and appreciative we were when he made himself available to help us even further. We didn't realize how challenging it would be to finalize the rental process, get our keys and have utilities turned on while still living out of state. I called Mike, asking for advice but never expecting that he would offer himself as our liaison, giving of his time in a way that was so unexpected. As we now begin the process of looking for a home to purchase, we are so eager to work with Mike again. We can't say enough in recommending Mike as an agent. He absolutely exceeded our expectations. |
